Attonce offers Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication through third-party OAuth providers including Google, Microsoft, and LinkedIn. When you choose to sign in using these services:

We receive limited information from these providers necessary for authentication:

• Email address - Used to match your account and for communication
• Full name - Used to personalize your experience
• Profile identifier - A unique ID from the provider to link your account

What We DO NOT Access

We do not request or receive access to:

• Your password (passwords remain with Google, Microsoft, or LinkedIn)
• Email contents or messages
• Contact lists or connections
• Files stored in Google Drive, OneDrive, or other storage services
• Calendar events or schedules
• Any other data beyond basic profile information

How SSO Works

When you click "Sign in with Google/Microsoft/LinkedIn," you are redirected to that provider's secure login page. After you authorize Attonce, the provider sends us only the minimal information listed above. We never see or store your password for these services.

Revoking Access

You can revoke Attonce's access to your OAuth provider at any time:

• Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions
• Microsoft: account.microsoft.com/privacy/app-access
• LinkedIn: linkedin.com/mypreferences/d/app-authorizations

Note: Revoking OAuth access will not delete your Attonce account. You can still log in using your email and password if one was set up.

How Do We Use Your Information?

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law's reach stretches well beyond California to require any person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates websites collecting Personally Identifiable Information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website.

According to CalOPPA, we agree to the following:

• Our Privacy Policy link includes the word 'Privacy' and can easily be found on our home page

How Does Our Site Handle Do Not Track Signals?

We honor Do Not Track signals and Do Not Track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place.
